I’m Cass Ohrstrom - a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Coordinator, and Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist based in Marin County and offering virtual therapy throughout California.I offer therapy for high-responsibility women: women who hold a great deal for others and want more clarity, self-trust, and room for themselves. I support clients navigating anxiety, over-functioning, self-abandonment, boundaries, relationship patterns, motherhood, burnout, and life transitions through a relational, depth-oriented, and practical approach to change.Alongside therapy, I offer trainings and speaking on crisis response systems, trauma and resilience, leadership under pressure, and substance use education for first responders, leadership teams, and community audiences.
